ShedCloud continues to improve performance and enhance features to optimize operations. Below are the latest updates, enhancements, and bug fixes included in this release.

New Features, Enhancements & Bug Fixes

Dashboard & User Access Updates

• Metrics Now Filtered by Location – The Dashboard Metrics will now only display totals for locations the user has access to.

Sales Order & Contract Enhancements

• Cash Purchase Total Line Added – The Cash Purchase Total line in the Payments section of Sales Quotes and Contracts now accurately reflects the Cash Purchase Total field.

• Sales Order/Quote Description Fix – Resolved an issue where More Description was not displaying the full list description of upgrades.

• Quote & Sales Order Unlinking Issue Fixed – Work Orders now properly unlink when deleting a quote or sales order.

• Typo Correction – Corrected a few typo in Quotes/Sales Order Contracts.

Company Settings & Delivery Updates

• Delivery Pricing Corrected – Addressed inconsistencies in delivery pricing calculations due to location permissions.

3D Configurator Updates

• Diamond Chalet and Diamond Cabinette

  • Updated Kit Pricing.

  • Added new configuration options:

    • AC Cut Out

    • Single Door Frame Opening

    • Double Door Frame Opening

• Retreat 

  • Fixed dormer movement issues on 16' and 17' wide buildings.

  • Added 5-Lite Transom Window to all Retreat models.

• Dormer Customization

  • Dormer Windows now support Trim Color Options.

• Lofted Barn 

  • Updated quantity calculations for 16x24 Lofted Barns.

  • Corrected quantity of 2x3 Barn Windows in Lofted Barns.

• French Door Pricing Update – Adjusted 15-Lite French Door pricing for accuracy.

• Third Color Door Accent Fix – Resolved an issue where both Third Color Door Accent and Third Color Charge were applied simultaneously instead of only one.

ShedCloud continues to evolve, improving performance and enhancing features to optimize operations. Below are the latest updates, enhancements, and bug fixes included in this release.

New Features, Enhancements & Bug Fixes

Sales Order & Contract Enhancements

• Work Order Details Added to Sales Order Review – Sales Orders now display Work Order Status and Work Order Location in Section 5 of the Review.

• Subtotal Now Displays on Contracts – Cash Purchase Total line has been adjusted in the Payments section of Sales Quotes and Contracts, reflecting the correct cash purchase amount.

• Resolved Duplicate Payment Display Issue – Card payment failures previously displayed as successful. A new validation process ensures transaction accuracy.

• On-Site Installation Fee Update

  • If a shed is built directly on the concrete slab, a 10% on-site fee applies.

  • All other installation surface options will default to a 15% on-site fee.

• RTO Widget - New Widget in the Payments section allows you to collect customer data sheet information through ShedCloud.  This gives a 3rd option when collecting customer data. (Sales Order Only)

3D Configurator Updates

• Retreat – Resolved an issue where dormers on larger Retreat models were not easily movable.

• Retreat - Updated default configuration with 2 3x4 Insulated White Windows instead of 3.

• Door Vertical Position - Resolved an issue where doors were targeting a higher position on 8’ walls. Doors will now be placed automatically on the bottom of the shed for 6’ and 8’ walls.

Product & Pricing Configuration Updates

• Chalet – Adjusted 12” Gable and Eave Overhang quantities for Chalet models.

• Diamond Chalet

• Added AC cut-out option.

• Added Single and Double Door Frame Openings.

• Updated Kit Pricing for Diamond Chalet models.

  • 2x3 Windows

  • 3x4 Windows

  • French Doors

  • All Vinyl Doors

  • Added Heavy Duty Electrical Options

• Utility Shed – Lofts are now available for Utility Sheds.

• Workshop & Storage Packages Standardized – Updated all buildings to ensure Storage and Workshop Packages match the width of the building.

Color & Material Configuration Updates

• Expanded Color Options

• All Products – Added Black as a color option; 

• Removed Salty Dog from all kits.

• Flower Box

  • Added Reighly Green color option.

  • Added Pinnacle Red to Flower Box color options.

• Updated Door Trim color selections to include all barn paint colors.

• Metal Trim Color Fix – Metal Trim now properly displays metal color options instead of barn paint colors.

• 3rd Color Accent Issue Resolved – Prevented incorrect population of 3rd color accents due to configuration errors.

Work Orders & Payment Processing

• New Work Order Statuses

  • Awaiting Build

  • Transferred to Transportation Company

  • On Hold

• Sales Orders - Added action item statuses for Invoiced Sales Orders

  • Cancelled

  • Closed

• Email Notifications - Added Order Number on Work Orders, Leads, and Quotes note notifications.

Company Settings Updates

• Promo Code Fix – RTOSPECIAL promo code now remains applied when returning to a Quote, preventing reversion to a lower value.

• Mileage Calculation Option Added – Companies can now choose how delivery mileage is calculated:

  • “As the Crow Flies” – Uses straight-line distance.

  • “True Mileage” – Uses the shortest drivable route from a dealership or factory to the delivery location.

ShedCloud is continuously evolving to enhance performance and streamline operations. Below are the latest updates, improvements, and bug fixes in this release.

New Features, Enhancements & Bug Fixes

HubSpot Integration Enhancements

• User Field - The HubSpot integration now updates the User Field in HubSpot.

  • Note: Admins can assign a HubSpot user via the Users Property Screen using the new "HubSpot User" dropdown. This is the responsibility of the Shed company to configure.

• Deals are now automatically created in HubSpot when a Quote or Sales Order is generated in ShedCloud.

3D Configurator Improvements

• Wall Upgrades Retains Position – Upgrades now maintain their position when changing wall heights.

  • Note: Options too large for a smaller wall size will be automatically removed.

• Chalet 17x60 Model – Adjusted zoom level in the 3D Configurator.

• Third-Color Door Accent Issue Resolved – Prevents duplication and ensures it can be removed.

Product & Pricing Configuration Updates

• Accent Shed Options Added – Now supports 12” Deep Shelves and 24” Workbenches.

• Essential Shed – Added 3x6 Single Wood Door and 4x6 Single Wood Door.

• Lofted Barn – Default White Gridless Single Windows on all Lofted Barns.

• The Retreat – All Retreat models now default to a Black Roof.

• Missing Door Trim Color Fixed – Added Tan as an option on all door trims

• Copper Metal Roof Pricing – The quantity was updated to match the shed square footage.

• 8' Wall Pricing Updates – Quantity updated to match shed ridgeline.

• Double Door Frame-out Issue Resolved – "No Ramp" option is now available for the 12x24 Studio.

Sales Order & Contract Updates

• Siding Color now displays correctly on Sales Quotes & Contracts.

• Serial Number added to the bottom of every Lelands Barns and Sheds contract page.

Work Orders & Payment Processing

• On-Hold Work Orders – Added action buttons to change status on Order Confirmation.

• Payment Processing – Card Payments – Sales Managers can now process card payments.

• Payment Processing – Card Payments - Stripe Payment Receipts – Now sends receipt email to Customers, Salespeople, and Company Billing.

Promo Codes

• RTOSPECIAL - When used will activate the following:

  • Any shed up to $10,000, the down payment and due today will update to $150

  • Any shed greater than $10,000, the down payment and due today will update to $250
